COTLIN 22" 450LBS/24H Adjustable Ice Cube Thickness Air Cooled Stainless Steel Commercial Ice Maker T50A

I bought this machine for my shop 45 days ago. The machine stopped producing ice and I was unable to get a repair shop to come fix it. I sent the pictures to cotlin and they sent me a new machine. Everything seems to be working fine. One thing I would like to add is this ice machine rocks at making ice. Thank you Cotlin for making things right with us. Garrett Pacheco

 This ice machine was a quick and easy install for our bubble tea shop, since summers approaching we needed a more reliable and heavy duty ice maker and this one is perfect. There’s different levels on the screen from 0-10 with specifics of ice thickness. It also shows the temperature that’s inside the machine currently so maintenance is easy as well. There’s a timer for how long it’ll take to make the ice which is convenient for a business that relies on making perfect cold drinks quickly. And on top of that, the ice cubes come out perfectly square!

With the roomy bin that can hold a lot of ice, and it does have an automatic shut-off feature, ice-making will halt when the bin is full of ice. It also has an auto-cleaning feature and the ability to adjust the thickness of the ice cubes. The door can be lifted up and we could take ice cubes with attached scoops easily. The ice machine is well worth the money, I do believe think it might save money over the long term for my business.

This machine worked Awesome for about 3 months then the ice flip icon came on and would randomly come on and make a few cubes of ice before shutting back down.No support or response from the seller.I contacted Cotlin directly and they did a good but slow service by sending me another top unit to replace ours. it shows up and we unbox it and literally, it's a plug-and-play unit and once we cut the water on, it sprayed water out of the top unit from the inside and flooded the bin. Brand new, out of the box it was a dud. Contacted Cotlin again and they say they will refund us the entire purchase price. I will update again once I see they have completed the transaction. So for now 2 stars is all i can rate it.Original ReviewI have had this machine for a month now and it is working great. I had it running the evening we unboxed it and the next morning we had a bin full of ice. No problems so far and We use it regularly for the home and the boat. I would highly recommend this machine!!

 My restaurant ice machine broke and I got a new one, it's super cheap and easy to install, makes 300lb of ice per day, self cleaning, I love it
